Q1: What is your "i-MgaicPrint 3D Photo Kiosk"?
A1: "i-MagicPrint 3D Photo Kiosk" is a kind of kiosk dedicated to auto-producing a personal 3D photo in minutes. It is a fully automatic operating machine. People just follow its voice instructions. Then, it can print out a personal 3D photo in five minutes.

Q2: What is the difference between your 3D photo kiosk and the popular 2D ones?
A2: The obvious difference is that our 3D photo prints must be used with our proprietary 3D photo frame (lenticular lens included) to view the 3D effect, while the popular 2D photo kiosk doesn't need it.

Q3: How many printout sizes can your 3D Photo Kiosk support?
A3: Currently, it can support 6"x4" and 4"x3" borderless printout size with their corresponding 3D photo frames.

Q4: How can your 3D Photo Kiosk print out the photo in 3D?
A4: By using lenticular technology, our 3D photo kiosk can real time interweave the 3D lenticular image and then print it out. Later, with our proprietary 3D photo frame (lenticular lens included) we may view the 3D effect.

Q5: I know nothing about lenticular technology and 3D image. How can I run the "3D Photo Kiosk" business?
A5: Actually, you don't need to know anything about lenticular technology and 3D image. Our 3D photo kiosk is very friendly to operate. What you need to do is to locate a RIGHT site for the 3D photo kiosk to run.

Q6: I am running a regular 2D photo kiosk business. Is it possible to modify our 2D kiosk into the 3D ones?
A6:As for the regular 2D photo kiosk, we can offer the "System Kit" to upgrade 2D kiosk into 3D one. If you are interested in such a solution, please feel free to contact us for more details.

Q7: Can I use the 3D photo frames other than yours for the 3D Photo Kiosk?
A7: Since the lens inside the 3D photo frame is a high precision optical component to match with the 3D photo kiosk, if you are using the lens other than the ones offered by i-Art Corporation, it would be very likely not able to view the 3D effect, or the 3D quality would be very poor. But, in order to help our dealers to reduce the cost and more profitably promote the product into their local markets, they can offer us the specifications of their preferable and qualified lenses (used on the 3D photo frames) so that we can develop the lenses to work with the 3D photo kiosk to make their best benefits.

Q8: Is it possible that I can develop the 3D templates instead of yours?
A8: Absolutely "YES"! "3D Template" is the key to succeed in running 3D photo kiosk business. Its style and characters should be related and oriented to the exhibition sites. i-Art can license the "Template Creator" for those who want to develop the 3D templates for their own.

Q9: Since the import duty issue, is it possible to purchase CKD or SKD from you and assembly them by ourselves?
A9: Absolutely "YES"! In order to reduce the import duty and increase the competition ability, under a sales (or license) agreement we can offer the "System Kit" for those who want to run the 3D photo kiosk business in their countries. Furthermore we also can offer overseas engineering supports to help you assembly and manufacture these machines.

Q10: Your current available templates can not meet our actual requirements. Can you do customized developing service for me?
A10: Absolutely "YES"! For someone who doesn't have artists for his template designs, according to his actual requirements we can offer the customer service based on a reasonable cost.

Q11: Is it possible to just purchase the lens from you and we prepare the photo frames by ourselves?
A11: Our 3D photo frame, or "i-Magic Frame", is designed as the key part to secure the 3D quality for the kiosk. It is composed by a photo frame and a lenticular lens. Basically, it is NOT recommended to separate them for independent use. Nevertheless, in order to enrich more photo frames for your customer options, you may just purchase the lens from us.
