Q1: What is the difference among your "Hyper3D", "Cinema3D Premium" and "Cinema3D"?
A1:
Primarily, "Hyper3D" is designed for the larger space where we need long and wide range of emitting power to cover much more audiences while "Cinema3D Premium" and "Cinema3D" are great for under 10 persons of small sites like home, office, labs, ...etc. And, they are using different infrared emitting codes for their corresponding wireless 3D glasses. In addition, "Cinema3D Premium" can support VESA DIN-3 and NoteBook PC while "Cinema3D" can't.

Q2: How can I expand the emitting range with "Cinema3D (Premium)" ?
A2:
Since originally "Cinema3D (Premium)" was desined for small sites of no expansion required, there is no Infrared Emitter Unit to expand. Instead, the best and quickest way is to use more "Hyper3D Emitters" for Daisy-Chain. If so, you have to use "Hyper3D Glasses" accordingly.

Q3: Can I use my current DLP projector to work with "Cinema3D (Premium)" ?
A3:
Not all of DLP projectors can be used for active 3D projection with LC Shutter Glasses. Please refer to "DLP Supported List" in which the DLP projectors have been tested by us. Or, consult your Cinema3D dealer for best recommendation.

Q4: What is the difference between "Hyper3D Glasses" and "Infrared LC Shutter Glasses" which are used on "Cinema3D (Premium)"?
A4:
The "Infrared LC Shutter Glasses" used on "Cinema3D (Premium) " are the same as GX-3000 wireless glasses used on i-Art's Eye3D Wireless 4-in-1 product. They are originally for personal or small site usage while the "Hyper3D Glasses" are prepared for mass audiences and larger sites. In order to differentiate the applications, "Hyper3D Glasses" can ONLY work with "Hyper3D Emitter" which has the different emitting codes from the ones of Eye3D Wireless 4-in-1. In other words, you can't use the "Infrared LC Shutter Glasses" (or GX-3000 wireless glasses) to replace the "Hyper3D Glasses".

Q5: Can I use your Eye3D GX-3000 glasses to work with "Cinema3D (Premium)" ?
A5:
Yes, you can use GX-3000 wireless glasses to work with "Cinema3D (Premium)".

Q6: I have bought your Eye3D products before. Can I use my Eye3D Kit to set up a 3D projection system ?
A6:
If you'd like to play 3D videos with your Eye3D Kit for the 3D projection system in "Page-Flipping" mode, then what you might need would be the "Cinema3D Player" which is now free bundled with "Cinema3D (Premium)". But, you may extra buy it.

Q7: What should I pay attention to before using your "Cinema3D (Premium)" ?
A7:
The most important thing is to make sure if the DLP projector you are going to use can be supported by "Cinema3D (Premium)" by checking "DLP Supported List" or consulting your local Cinema3D dealer.

Q8: If we'd like to play HD videos (or 1920x1080 resolution), do you have any player for that?
A8:
Yes, we have "Cinema3D Player Pro." to support HD videos at 1920x1080 resolution. It would need specific codecs to work on a PC systemn of high performance. If you need it, please contact us for more details.

Q9: We have Left /Right stereo pair videos. How can we produce the 3D videos to work with your "Cinema3D (Premium)"?
A9:
You might need our "3D Maker Plus" software to merge your stereo pair videos into a 3D video with the 3D format of either "Interlace", "Above/Below", or "Side By Side" at the resolution of either 1280x720 or 800x600. Then, you may use the "Cinema3D Player" which is bundled with "Cinema3D (Premium)" to play it for your 3D projection system.
